A fun and quirky holiday clothing collection!

Every time a new clothing collection is launched, I get butterflies in my stomach wondering if it will be well received. This particular collection has been a great milestone for me in terms of scaling up the production numbers. I could sense it was time for me to spread my wings into different cities in a big way through retail store partnerships. I started my engagement with a popular children’s store in Bangalore (my next blog will talk about that) and their confidence in my design sensibility made me take the plunge. Today was a proud moment for me. I walked into the store to see my range beautifully displayed on their shop floor racks and it was a moment I had always dreamt of. So thankful to God for the great opportunities coming my way. There are plenty of challenges too that I face in building this business up, but each one comes with invaluable lessons that I would never have learnt at my corporate desk few years ago. I have never weighed my decisions so much before. Every decision I make here has a huge impact on my life.

Your support has brought me to this point. Thank you. It is tough to compete in an industry that has so many brands, but I believe there is enough in it for everybody. Some of our customers have stayed with us right from the beginning and that is encouraging. I truly follow my heart while designing for your little angels and I really wish to maintain that soul of the business, even as we expand.

The new ‘Happy Holidays’ clothing range

Voila, here’s our ‘Happy Holidays’ collection from Liz Jacob. We’ve come up with a range of smart, semi-casual linen and Ikat cotton jackets for boys, perfect for all the occasions coming up during this time of the year. These are comfortable and light and can work for any time of the year. Complete the smart look with our linen trousers.

For girls, we have a lovely holiday colour range from mauve, lemon green, flame, rose to atlantic icy blue… beautiful shades that you don’t often find on the shelves. The prints are mostly curated from Japan and have all been personally handpicked by me. The styles are cool and casual, classic and elegant and have subtle details that make them trendy! The fabrics used are excellent ranging from linens to high grade cottons. Hope you like them as much as we enjoyed making them.

Here are a few of my favourite pieces from this collection:
